Existing COBRA enrollees

Existing COBRA enrollees

It’s not uncommon for a group to have existing COBRA enrollees when moving over to Kept, and it’s important we take care of these folks when completing the onboarding process.

The biggest thing we'll need to partner on is getting the information needed to set them up with a Kept account.  The level of detail we need is: demographic, contact, employment, and enrollment information for the enrollees. We’ll need assistance from the broker or admin in getting this info, and typically the easiest way to do this is to get a benefit census from the prior TPA or carriers. If that’s not possible, we have a template you can complete.

Once we have that information, we will reach out to the enrollees and can take it from there!
