COBRA payment remittance

COBRA payment remittance

Kept collects monthly COBRA payments from enrollees on your group’s behalf. Around the 20th of each month, you’ll receive a payment from Kept to the bank account you’ve added to your account. This does mean that you will have to float funds for a month for employee premiums on your carrier bills.

To make it easy for you and your accounting team to reconcile your accounts each month, we recommend signing up for our automated Reconciliation Report in the Reports tab on your dashboard. This will give you visibility into which employees have paid for their coverages and who has unpaid premiums.
