Login to a Kept Member Account

You'll be notified by email that you have a Kept account. This happens via a secure link in your initial notice email at your first benefits enrollment, or after you have a COBRA qualifying event such as a termination.

In the email there will be a secure link that takes you to your Kept dashboard, which will ask you to verify your email and other information to ensure it's you.

The link will expire after a period of time. Once expired, you can utilize www.kept.io and the "Sign in" button in the top right to login on an ongoing basis. You can either login through Google or with your email and password. 

The Kept platform houses employee PHI and other sensitive information, so we ensure logins are secure. You may need to verify yourself using two-factor authentication (2FA) if the system prompts it. To do that, you'll need to use your 2FA app of choice (for example, 1Password or Google Authenticator).
